3 Steps to Become a NuSpine Patient

If you are searching for a chiropractor in Nebraska, then NuSpine Chiropractic is a great clinic to check out. If you are interested in our services but not quite sure how to get started, this page will be helpful for you. We have a simple 3-step process to becoming a patient.

1. Click the Buy $29 Exam Button on our Website

If you would like to become a NuSpine patient, the first thing you will need to do is check-in here on our website. There, you will find many buttons that say “Buy $29 exam.” Click one of these buttons to redirect over to the payment page. This will be the first thing that you need to do to reserve your appointment. Don’t worry, we will coordinate all the other logistics later on.

2. Check Your E-mail for Forms

Once we receive your payment, the next two things we will need from you are to fill out new patient forms and to book an exact date and time. Many of our patients will e-mail these forms back to us. You can also bring them in with you before your appointment. If for some reason you forget to fill out your forms, arrive early to do this before your appointment.

3. Come in for the Appointment

Once we have all the information we need from you, the last thing that you need to do is come in and see us on the date of your appointment. Try to arrive early for the first appointment just in case there are any more forms that you need to fill out, questions that we need to ask, and so on. Usually, though, many of our patients will be able to come in and start their treatment right away.
